Return and Refund Policy

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Just keep your order number handy so we can quickly assist you.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days with a photo at wolfcovehq@outlook.com. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement right away—or refund you if you prefer.

• Clearance or final sale items
• Items showing wear, damage, or alterations not due to our error

• Need to cancel? You can do so within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet.
